HOW I SUPPORT EXECUTIVE LEADERS & OPERATIONS TEAMS

As a Chief of Staff, I work alongside the CEO and leadership team to help keep the most important priorities clear, organized, and moving forward. I support leaders by helping turn strategy into practical plans and making sure the right work is getting the right attention.

In my operations leadership work, I focus on strengthening the systems and processes that support how the business runs day to day. When growth creates strain, workflows get messy, or clarity starts to slip, I help bring structure back through stronger processes, clearer ownership, and systems that actually support the people using them.

In fast-moving and high-trust environments, I bring structure and visibility so nothing important gets lost. I help organize information, create a steady operating rhythm, and improve clarity across teams and projects. My goal is to lighten the mental load for leaders so they can stay focused, make good decisions, and lead with confidence.

My approach is practical and people-centered. I focus on solutions that are sustainable, easy to follow, and flexible enough to scale as the business evolves. The goal is always the same: smoother execution, better visibility, and less friction for the team.

My mantra is purpose, people, and process.

Scope of Responsibility

In a Chief of Staff role, I take ownership of the work that helps the leadership team stay aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction. My day-to-day focus is on creating clarity, protecting priorities, and making sure important initiatives don’t lose momentum.

This typically includes:

• Supporting the CEO with priority planning and decision follow-through
• Helping shape and maintain leadership meeting cadence and rhythm
• Tracking strategic priorities and keeping execution visible
• Coordinating work across teams when projects span multiple leaders

• Preparing information for executive decisions and discussions
• Improving communication flow between leadership and teams
• Helping lead and stabilize change initiatives
• Owning special projects that sit directly with the CEO

Scope of Ownership

In a Business Operations role, I focus on building the systems and processes that help teams work more clearly, efficiently, and consistently. My work sits in the day-to-day of how the business actually runs, with an eye toward scalability and ease of use.

This typically includes:

• Designing and improving business processes
• Building and maintaining KPI dashboards and reporting
• Managing platforms, tools, and vendors
• Automation and workflow integration

• Revenue and lifecycle operations support
• Cross-functional project coordination
• Customer experience operations
• Operational documentation and SOP creation
• Change implementation and team adoption

WHAT SETS ME APART IN THESE ROLES

I bring a calm, steady presence into environments that are moving quickly or carrying a lot of responsibility. I’m comfortable sitting with ambiguity, sensitive decisions, and competing priorities without escalating tension or rushing to oversimplified answers. Leaders tend to trust me with context that requires discretion, strong discernment, and a thoughtful point of view, not just execution support.

I naturally think in systems and patterns, which helps me see where small issues are quietly creating friction, risk, or unnecessary complexity over time. Rather than reacting to symptoms, I focus on building structures and habits that make the organization easier to run, easier to scale, and easier for people to succeed within.

I also care deeply about fairness, clarity, and how decisions land on the people doing the work. I’m attentive to how change is communicated, how expectations are set, and how standards are applied. That balance of holding a high bar while staying grounded, respectful, and people-aware tends to build trust, stability, and long-term momentum across teams.
