HOW I LEAD PROJECTS & PROGRAMS

I'm responsible for taking big ideas through to successful execution and making sure they actually move forward. I excel at breaking down big goals into workable plans, clarifying ownership, and keeping momentum steady while working through shifting priorities and complexity.

I work in a very practical, people-aware way. I pay attention to how work actually flows and what teams realistically have capacity for. The goal is consistent progress, clear expectations, and high-quality work that lands cleanly. I help prevent constant fire drills and plans that never quite make it across the finish line.

In a Project & Program role, I focus on moving important initiatives from vision to execution and making sure the work actually gets finished. My work lives in the magical space between strategy and delivery. I excel at translating priorities into clear plans, aligning the right people around the work, and keeping progress visible and accountable as things evolve.

• Identifying risks, assumptions, and tradeoffs early

• Capturing lessons learned for future execution

WHAT SETS ME APART IN THIS ROLE

I’m someone people tend to trust quickly, especially in the middle of busy or ambiguous work. I communicate clearly, follow through on what I say I’ll do, and stay steady when things get tense or uncertain. That consistency helps teams feel grounded and confident, even when timelines are tight or priorities are shifting.

I care a lot about how work feels for the people doing it. I pay attention to workload, friction points, and where misalignment starts to create unnecessary stress or rework. I’m comfortable stepping into hard conversations early so small issues don’t quietly become big ones later. My goal is always to create an environment where people can do good work without burning out or getting stuck in avoidable noise.

I also bring a strong sense of integrity and fairness to how decisions get made and how standards are applied. I value doing things the right way, not just the fastest way, and helping teams build habits that hold up over time. That balance between progress and quality tends to create better outcomes and healthier teams long after a project wraps.
